STUDENT HOUSING
Vine School of Ministry and Vine Church are located in the city of Margate, in South Florida. Student housing is available for an additional feebased upon availability. Student housing provides the opportunity to have convenient living arrangements while attending Vine School of Ministry. Students are able to build strong relationships within the student housing community and gain the full experience of student life.
ADDITIONAL HOUSING FEE
*Housing fee is $4,200/Year or $350/mo for 12 months
An initial non-refundable housing deposit of $300 is due upon approval of your application towards move-in expenses.

MARRIED HOUSING
Housing for married couples is available upon request. Both individuals must be attending Vine School of Ministry in order to be considered for housing.

HOUSING RULES
If you decide to live in the house you will need to comply with the enforced rules including but not limited to: chores, cleanliness, personal organization and curfew. We do have a house leader to reinforce the rules and hold each student accountable.
DOES NOT INCLUDE
It is important to know that the additional student housing fee does not cover any furniture (except for a bunk bed & mattress), food expenses, or toiletries needed accordingly. Each student is fully responsible for his/her self.
